ABSTRACT
Chronic anal fissure (CAF) is the most common anorectal disorder. Lateral internal sphincterotomy is the gold standard treatment procedure for CAF. Key-hole deformity is mostly seen after surgical treatment of CAF. Five patients with key-hole deformity were treated by advancement anoplasty, and the cases are described. This study demonstrated that advancement anoplasty had good results for key-hole deformity.
