ABSTRACT

The adult invagination seen %5 less than all invaginations and only 1-5% causes obstruction. They can be enteric, colonic or ileocolic. In this article, we present an ileal lipom case which 58-year-old male patient was diagnosed with ileocolic invaginations before surgery that performed right hemicolectomy and describe surgical management of invaginations.
