We report herein the case of a 54 year-old man in whom successful pancreaticoduodenectomy and right hemicolectomy were performed for locally advanced colon cancer. A fi xed tumor was palpapl in the right hypochondrium and CT showed that it originated right colon and invaded duodenum, pancreas and adjacent tissues. Concomitantly, right hemicolectomy and pancreaticoduodenectomy were performed. He had an uneventful postoperative complication. When last seen, 7 years after his operation, he was well and no cancer reccurence. We concluded locally advanced right-sided colon cancer can be successfully treated en bloc surgery.
