Although general reading a research article may seem easy at first glance, it requires reader's prior knowledge and particular interpretation of this with new article. You should be either editor or reader of a journal. Nevertheless, you should know and follow some rules when you read an article. In our country, both the writing and reading the article a known fact that all of us learned by trial and error. In order to shed light on this issue by reading and evaluating the rules to a scientific publication is described in detail in this study.
