Introduction:

Adenocancer is the most common type rectal cancer. Other types diagnosed rarely.

Case:

70 year old lady who was admitted with the complaints of hematochesia and complications diagnosed rectal mass at her colonoscopy. Final report of biopsy showed rectal lymphoma. It was started chemotherapy plus radiation therapy in patient. Rectal mass regressed and her complaints disappeared complaints were gone.

Discussion:

Rare pathologies such as rectal lymphoma must be kept in mind in differantial diagnosis of obstructed rectal mass cases. Lymphoma established medical treatment can be obtained without the need for surgery.
