An asymptomatic presentation of calcified appendicolithiasis is very rare. Radiographic imaging of appenticolithiasis can lead diagnostic problem with other intraabdominal pathology causing calcifications. We present incidentally detected calcified appendicolithiasis, which appeared like an enterolith and treated with laparoscopic approach
