One of the few factors, that aff ect life of people have stoma negatively, are complications developing in tissues where placed stomas or near stomas. Stoma care nurses have important responsibilities in terms of preventing complications of abdominal stoma, care of developing complications, and their treatment. In the case, nursing attempts intended herniation, hydration, chemical dermatitis, and lesion complications developing in a person who have permanent urostomy is given following.
